I have been teaching children of all ages gymnastics since 1999.  I am an ex-gymnast and  have a passion for teaching children.  With three children of my own, I am fortunate to be able share my experience doing something I love.  My goal is for each child to gain self esteem in a fun and positive environment.   Our classes offer each child the opportunity to gain flexibility, coordination, rhythm and learn gymnastics skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.  

Our program offers something for children of all ages.  Walkers through age four are taught at our private studio. It is complete with all gymnastics apparatus, beams, vaulting blocks, a parallel bar, a springboard and a mini trampoline. This class is designed to develop children’s motor and social skills and gives mom’s a great opportunity to meet and socialize with other moms.  This class combines music, movement and obstacle courses and introduces children to basic gymnastic skills.

We have several gymnastics classes at the Scripps Ranch Recreation Center and our newest facility, Hourglass Recreation Center and a new cheer class.  We also offer both gymnastics and cheer after school enrichment programs at Ellen Browning Scripps Elementary and are hoping to expand our after school programs to all of the Scripps Ranch elementary schools this year.
