Our Tiny Tots class focuses on building body awareness while learning basic fundamental skills of artistic gymnastics. This class builds coordination, body awareness, balance and flexibility, while encouraging social and motor skills. This class incorporates movement, play, music and fun! Students are introduced to the four apprentices of artistic gymnastics (Floor, Beam, Bar, and Vault) and learn fundamental gymnastics positions and skills.

Our Hot Shots work on building from their fundamental gymnastics skills and perfecting their technique. We are a recreational gymnastic program that focuses on building fundamental gymnastics skills in a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment. Our instruction is individualized to each student whether they are a beginner or have prior gymnastics experience. This class focuses on improving body form and advancing skills. Children will gain confidence and build self-esteem, strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness

Our All Stars class is great for beginners to intermediate gymnasts. This class focuses on building stronger skills, developing their form and continuing to advance their technique. Our All Stars class is a great class for all levels. Your gymnast will gain confidence and build self-esteem, strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and relaxed environment..

This class is designed for our intermediate/ advanced students. It is a fast pace class that requires previous gymnastics experience. Our gymnasts in our Powerful Pros class are required to know the fundamental gymnastics skills, while improving their technique and form.
